General Questions

Are your products peanut free?

​

No, although most of our products do not contain peanut, we cannot guarantee our products are from a peanut free facility. 

​

What type of gelatin is used in your products?

​

IF the products contain gelatin, it would only be Beef or Plant based gelatin. A list of all ingredients can be found here.

​

Do you offer Halal products?

​

We LOVE that we can offer halal products. Just add the Halal products to your cart and enjoy!

​

Is your packaging Hygienic?

​

All measures are taken to keep work areas clean at all times. Protective masks, hats, aprons and gloves are worn by our packing team. 

​

Each bag has a zip lock and is also heat sealed on site to ensure nothing can penetrate into the bag ensuring your Sugar Junkie bag is in perfect condition. 

​

How long does the candy last?

​

All bags and boxes are made fresh at the time of order.

​

All bags are sealed with a zip lock and also heat sealed for extra freshness. Once opened, we recommend you consume within 4 weeks and store in cool dry conditions with the bag re-sealed with the zip lock each time opened. For boxes, you should remove candy and store in a zip lock bag to last longer.

How can I pay?

​

We currently accept most recognized debit and credit cards. We also accept Pay Pal. These options will be offered to you at the checkout.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

​

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for us to receive your order and prepare. We aim to prepare orders by the next business day, holidays and special events can cause a delay of an additional business day. 

 

My order was wrong or missing? What can I do?

​

Please use the "Contact Us" tab and provide order number and any concerns in the message. We will try and get back to you immediately and do our best to resolve any issues.

Can you customize an order?

​

We sure can! Contact us and let us know what you are wanting and we will do our best to make it happen.

What is your return policy?

​

Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.

Shipping

​

When will my order be shipped?

​

We try to ship orders Monday through Friday within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following business day.

How long will it take for my order to be received?

​

Orders are shipped mainly by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery times are estimated to be:

Local- 1 - 2 business days,

Regional- 1 - 3 business days

National- 2 - 7 business days

 

Sugar Junkie cannot guarantee an exact time an order will be delivered as factors such as weather, holidays and unforeseen circumstances can affect your delivery date.

What is the cost of shipping?

How can I track my order?

​

Once Canada Post has received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order was shipped. It will include a tracking number with a link to track your package.

Where do you ship?

​

We ship across Canada. We also ship to the United States.
